About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for keeping the Abacus campus clean, safe, and welcoming for young children and staff. Core duties include:
- Cleaning and disinfecting classrooms, corridors, toilets, and offices across the campus
- Maintaining tidiness throughout the school environment and designated areas
- Assisting with setting up and breaking down venues for events and meetings, including moving furniture
What ESF Is Looking For
While prior experience is a plus, ESF has kept the requirements accessible for candidates who are reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working around young children:
- Around two years of relevant experience in a kindergarten or school setting is an advantage, though not mandatory
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Basic time-management skills to complete daily tasks across multiple areas

- Strong attention to detail and consistent follow-through
- A genuine enjoyment of working in an environment with young children
