United Treasure (Hong Kong) Limited, a subsidiary of Kowloon Investment Co. Ltd, is hiring a full-time Day-Shift Security Guard to join its residential property team on Blue Pool Road, Happy Valley. The role offers a competitive monthly salary and a clear post-probation pay rise, making it an attractive opportunity for experienced security professionals in Hong Kong’s residential sector.
About the Role
The successful candidate will take on the full responsibilities of a licensed security guard at a residential property, ensuring the safety, order, and presentation of the premises. Key duties include:
- Carrying out daily patrols and managing visitor registration across the property
- Handling client complaints, enquiries, and emergency situations as they arise
- Conducting flat viewings of vacant units for property agents and prospective tenants
- Maintaining the hygiene, cleanliness, and tidiness of common areas, including staircases, lift lobbies, gardens, and the car park
- Operating and managing the opening, closing, and switching of the car park gates, front and back doors, and common-area lighting on a scheduled basis
Additional day-to-day responsibilities will be explained during the interview process.
Qualifications Required
Applicants should meet the following criteria:
- Hold a valid Security Personnel Permit (SPP) and QAS Certificate
- Have at least two years of experience in residential building security
- Be a graduate of HKCEE or HKDSE (or equivalent secondary education)

Working Hours and Compensation
- Location: Blue Pool Road, Happy Valley
- Working hours: 07:00 – 19:00, six days per week, 12-hour shifts
- Starting date: 1 September 2026
- Initial salary: $20,000 per month
- Salary after probation: $22,000 per month
Leave and Benefits
- One rest day per week
