The Role

Essential Recruitment & Consulting is seeking Machine Operators to join a food manufacturing team in Northgate, QLD.

The successful candidates will operate production machinery after completing site-based training and will help maintain efficient, safe, and hygienic manufacturing operations.

Your day-to-day responsibilities may include:

• Operating production machinery after completing full on-site training.
• Following written and verbal work instructions accurately.
• Supporting food and beverage manufacturing processes.
• Working efficiently in a fast-paced and repetitive production environment.
• Maintaining strong attention to detail during production activities.
• Following site health, safety, and hygiene requirements at all times.
• Completing active and physically demanding production tasks.
• Lifting and handling items weighing up to 30kg.
• Monitoring production activities and reporting issues when required.
• Working cooperatively with team members to meet production requirements.
• Maintaining a clean and safe work area.
• Following company procedures and manufacturing standards.
• Performing other production duties as required.

Candidate Requirements

Essential Recruitment & Consulting is seeking applicants who bring:

• No previous machine operating experience required.
• Full hands-on machine training will be provided on site.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and repetitive production environment.
• Good physical fitness and ability to handle active work.
• Ability to lift up to 30kg.
• Strong commitment to workplace health, safety, and hygiene standards.
• Ability to accurately follow written and verbal instructions.
• Reliable and responsible approach to work.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a production team.
• Forklift licence is highly regarded but not essential.
• Availability to work either day or afternoon shifts.
