Harts Preschool is hiring g to join its team in Hong Kong SAR. This is a full-time opportunity for caring, enthusiastic and experienced teachers who can support children’s learning and development through engaging English-language classes.
The preschool is also seeking hardworking and enthusiastic gap-year students and part-time teachers to join its dynamic teaching team and deliver after-school classes.
The Role
Harts Preschool is looking for kindergarten teachers to join its team and teach English classes to young learners.
The successful candidates will be responsible for delivering engaging lessons, supporting children’s learning and contributing to the preschool’s dynamic teaching environment.
Your day-to-day responsibilities may include:
- Teaching English classes to kindergarten-aged children.
- Preparing and delivering engaging lessons.
- Supporting children’s learning and development.
- Creating a positive and caring classroom environment.
- Working collaboratively with other teachers.
- Contributing to after-school classes where required.
- Maintaining a professional and enthusiastic approach to teaching.
- Supporting the school’s day-to-day teaching activities.
- Adapting teaching approaches to meet children’s learning needs.
- Carrying out other teaching duties as required.
Part-time and gap-year teaching opportunities are also available for suitable candidates interested in teaching after-school classes.
Candidate Requirements
Harts Preschool is seeking applicants who bring:
- A degree or higher qualification.
- QKT, CE, NNEB Certificate and/or Montessori teaching qualifications.
- Previous kindergarten teaching experience is preferred.
- Previous teaching experience is an advantage.
- Full working rights in Hong Kong are preferred.
- Caring and enthusiastic approach to working with young children.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a dynamic teaching team.
- Hardworking and responsible approach to teaching.
- Flexibility to work outside usual hours when required, including weekends, evenings or public holidays.
Gap-year students and part-time teachers with relevant experience may also be considered for after-school teaching positions.
