Customer Service Representative needed in NZ

The Role

The successful candidate will become an important point of contact for Gallagher customers and reseller partners. The role involves working closely with sales, logistics, technical support, and marketing teams to ensure customers receive accurate information and efficient service.

• Supporting customers and reseller partners with enquiries and orders
• Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Providing product, pricing, and service information
• Resolving customer issues and coordinating solutions with internal teams
• Keeping customers updated about order progress and delivery timelines
• Maintaining accurate customer records and documentation
• Building strong relationships with customers and reseller partners
• Supporting the wider sales team with customer and account activities
• Sharing customer feedback and insights to help improve customer experience
• Managing customer relationships and service requests
• Coordinating with logistics teams regarding orders and deliveries
• Working with sales, marketing, and technical support teams
• Developing knowledge of Gallagher’s farming technology and products
• Supporting commercial operations within the agritech business
• Managing multiple customer service priorities in a fast-paced environment

Candidate Requirements
