The Role

The successful candidate will provide safe, smooth, and punctual transportation services for senior leadership, management, visiting executives, and bank employees. The position requires excellent knowledge of Hong Kong roads and traffic conditions, along with the ability to plan routes and schedules according to business requirements.

Your day-to-day responsibilities may include:

• Providing safe and punctual transportation for senior management, executives, and bank employees
• Transporting passengers to meetings, offices, hotels, and other business destinations
• Planning daily routes, pick-up times, and drop-off points
• Considering real-time traffic, weather conditions, and business schedules when planning journeys
• Ensuring passengers arrive at their destinations on time
• Maintaining corporate vehicles in clean and presentable condition
• Ensuring vehicles are fully fueled or charged and ready for daily use
• Conducting routine pre-trip vehicle inspections
• Identifying and reporting servicing, maintenance, or repair requirements
• Following safe driving practices and maintaining an impeccable driving standard
• Maintaining strict confidentiality regarding conversations and sensitive information discussed inside the vehicle
• Providing professional and courteous service to executives and other passengers
• Wearing appropriate business attire and maintaining a well-groomed professional appearance
• Keeping informed about Hong Kong roads, traffic patterns, parking facilities, hotels, and financial districts
• Adjusting transportation arrangements when schedules change
• Supporting occasional early morning, evening, or weekend transportation requirements
• Carrying out other driving and transportation duties as required

Candidate Requirements

The employer is looking for professional and dependable candidates who understand the responsibilities involved in providing transportation services within a corporate and banking environment. Previous executive, corporate, chauffeur, or private driving experience is strongly preferred.

Candidates should have:

• Valid Hong Kong driving licence
• Impeccable driving record
• Minimum 3 years of professional driving experience
• Previous corporate, executive chauffeur, or private driving experience is strongly preferred
• Experience driving fuel vehicles is a strong advantage
• Strong knowledge of Hong Kong road networks
• Good understanding of local traffic patterns
• Familiarity with major financial and business districts
• Knowledge of major hotels and parking facilities
• Ability to plan routes and manage daily schedules independently
• Excellent punctuality and reliability
• Strong sense of discretion and personal integrity
• Ability to handle confidential financial and corporate information appropriately
• Professional and well-groomed appearance
• Business attire required during working hours
• Fluent spoken Cantonese
• Professional spoken English
• Ability to provide courteous and professional passenger service
