As a Housekeeping Attendant, you are entrusted with maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort in guest rooms and public areas. You play a crucial role in enhancing the guest experience by ensuring each space is spotless, welcoming, and perfectly presented. This position is vital to upholding the hotel’s luxurious reputation and delivering consistently exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities
- Thoroughly clean and maintain guest rooms, bathrooms, corridors, and assigned public areas.
- Restock amenities, linens, and supplies in guest rooms according to hotel standards.
- Respond promptly to guest requests and provide personalized, courteous service.
- Report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards to the supervisor.
- Use proper cleaning techniques and safe handling of equipment and chemicals.
- Adhere to hotel safety, hygiene, and sanitation policies at all times.
- Protect guest privacy and handle belongings with utmost care and discretion.
- Participate in deep cleaning and special projects as directed.
