Key Responsibilities
As a Farm Worker, your daily tasks may include:
Crop Work:
- Plant, cultivate, and irrigate crops
- Apply and mix fertilizers
- Spray and maintain crop health
- Harvest seedlings and mature crops
- Pick orchard and row crops
Field Maintenance:
- Clear fields of debris such as wood and stones
- Weed and maintain growing areas
- Clean and sort fruits and vegetables
- Tie and secure plants for proper growth
Equipment & Handling:
- Operate and maintain farm machinery and tools
- Clean work areas and equipment
- Inspect crops for quality and market readiness
