Key Responsibilities
As a junior farming manager, your duties may include the following:
- Plan, schedule, execute, and monitor daily agricultural field operations.

Skills & Qualifications
To qualify for this position, you should have:
- Bachelor’s degree in agricultural engineering or a closely related discipline.
- Three to five years of experience in agricultural field operations.
- Experience supervising field personnel and coordinating farm activities.
- Knowledge of crop production practices; citrus production experience is preferred.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
