Key Responsibilities
As a Farm Supervisor, your duties may include the following:
- Organise and coordinate daily farming activities.
- Supervise and oversee general farm workers and harvesting labourers.
- Cut agricultural crops when required.
- Oversee field clearing, hoeing, and weeding operations.
- Coordinate ploughing, irrigation, cultivation, spraying, and harvesting activities.
