Position Summary
As an Automobile Mechanic, you’ll be responsible for inspecting, diagnosing, and repairing mechanical systems to manufacturer specifications. From routine maintenance to complex engine repairs, your work ensures safety, reliability, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
While working at Les Carrosseries de LaSalle A.M., you will:
- Inspect and test mechanical systems to locate faults and malfunctions
- Diagnose operational issues in motors and related components
- Adjust, repair, or replace defective automotive systems or parts
- Conduct road tests and calibrate systems as per manufacturer standards
- Maintain detailed service and repair records
- Ensure all work meets safety and compliance standards

Required Qualifications & Skills
We’re looking for someone with:
- 3 to 5 years of proven experience as an automobile mechanic
- A secondary school diploma or equivalent
- Proficiency in mechanical diagnosis and system testing
- Excellent knowledge of automotive systems and repairs
- Strong problem-solving and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- French language proficiency (required)
