Position Summary

As a Warehouse & Customer Service Team Member, you’ll take part in both the logistics and customer-facing sides of the business. From picking, packing, and dispatching orders to serving customers at our trade counter, your daily work ensures our clients receive top-tier service and quality every time.

Key Responsibilities

You will be responsible to carry out the following tasks and duties while working at Anzor

  • Pick, pack, and dispatch orders accurately and efficiently
  • Assist customers at the trade counter with friendly, knowledgeable service
  • Check incoming and outgoing stock and perform stocktakes as needed
  • Upsell products and share promotions with trade customers
  • Maintain clean and organised warehouse and retail spaces
  • Handle inbound sales and process basic transactions
  • Work collaboratively with your team to meet branch goals
  • Follow all health and safety procedures consistently

Required Qualifications & Skills

At Anzor we are looking to hire people who meet the following requirements and preferred skill sets

  • Warehouse and/or trade counter experience (preferred)
  • Physical fitness for manual handling and active duties
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Attention to detail and a “do it right the first time” attitude
  • Reliability, punctuality, and teamwork
  • A willingness to learn about stainless fasteners and tools
  • Must be eligible to work in New Zealand
