📝 Job Summary
As an Order Picker, you will be an integral part of AGD’s warehouse team, responsible for accurately collecting and preparing orders for shipment. The role requires efficiency, attention to detail, and the ability to handle physical tasks in a refrigerated and high-paced warehouse environment. Forklift operation may be required as part of the role.
🔑 Key Responsibilities
- Accurately pick customer orders from shelves and prepare for delivery
- Bag, box, or parcel customer orders according to shipping standards
- Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment (training provided if needed)
- Retrieve products from cold/refrigerated areas as required
- Label and stage orders for outgoing delivery or internal transfers
- Maintain order accuracy and packaging integrity
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely order completion
- Perform general warehouse duties including inventory support
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas
- Follow all safety procedures and use proper protective equipment
- Handle loads of up to 23 kg (50 lbs)
