Position Summary
To ensure the smooth and efficient daily operations of the lounge area by delivering a high standard of service and adhering to company protocols and customer service standards.
Key Responsibilities
As Waiters your key duties will include the following:
- Execute instructions from the Regional Manager and supervisory staff
- Supervise and participate in lounge operations and ensure exceptional customer service
- Maintain and submit accurate daily reports (inventory, handovers, etc.)
- Ensure compliance with service standards for First and Business Class passengers
- Monitor and control lounge inventory without overstocking
- Support reception, concierge, housekeeping, and kitchen staff as needed
- Ensure equipment cleanliness, maintenance, and safekeeping
- Assist with delayed flight service when required
- Ensure full hygiene, sanitation, and safety standards at all times
- Train junior staff, monitor performance, and encourage development
- Conduct monthly stock inventories and monitor item expirations
- Adhere to cybersecurity and company information policies
- Perform other related duties as assigned by supervisors or management

Required Qualifications and Skills
We are looking to hire people who meet the following :
- Degree or diploma in Hospitality or related field
- 2–3 years of experience in lounge operations, hotel, or hospitality services
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Experience with hospitality systems or lounge operations is preferred
- Ability to manage tasks efficiently in a team environment
- Professional, service-minded attitude with attention to detail
