📄 Job Summary

As a Housekeeping Attendant, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene of guest rooms and public areas. Reporting to the Housekeeping Supervisor, your daily work ensures that guests enjoy a flawless and pleasant stay.   • Receive daily assignments, collect keys, and prepare your trolley with necessary cleaning tools and supplies.
  • Clean guest rooms thoroughly, replenish linens and amenities, and ensure all items arranged to hotel standards.
  • Maintain cleanliness of guest bathrooms, ensuring sanitary conditions and timely replenishment of toiletries.
  • Respect guest belongings while tidying and organizing the room.
  • Notify Valet Services when laundry, dry cleaning, or pressing requested by guests.
  • Keep corridors, service pantries, and housekeeping service areas clean and organized.
  • Promptly report any maintenance issues or repairs needed to the Engineering Department.
  • Ensure that all cleaning practices follow environmental, health, and safety standards.
  • Demonstrate courtesy and attentiveness when encountering guests in public areas or rooms.
  • Maintain proper use and storage of equipment and cleaning chemicals.
  • Adhere to hotel policies, departmental procedures, and health/safety regulations.

  • Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience in a hotel or hospitality setting preferred.
