As a Housekeeping Attendant, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene of guest rooms and public areas. Reporting to the Housekeeping Supervisor, your daily work ensures that guests enjoy a flawless and pleasant stay. 🧹 Key Responsibilities
- Receive daily assignments, collect keys, and prepare your trolley with necessary cleaning tools and supplies.
- Clean guest rooms thoroughly, replenish linens and amenities, and ensure all items arranged to hotel standards.
- Maintain cleanliness of guest bathrooms, ensuring sanitary conditions and timely replenishment of toiletries.
- Respect guest belongings while tidying and organizing the room.
- Notify Valet Services when laundry, dry cleaning, or pressing requested by guests.
- Keep corridors, service pantries, and housekeeping service areas clean and organized.
- Promptly report any maintenance issues or repairs needed to the Engineering Department.
- Ensure that all cleaning practices follow environmental, health, and safety standards.
- Demonstrate courtesy and attentiveness when encountering guests in public areas or rooms.
- Maintain proper use and storage of equipment and cleaning chemicals.
- Adhere to hotel policies, departmental procedures, and health/safety regulations.
