Key Responsibilities

As a Housekeeping Room Attendant, you will:

• Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors

• Dust furniture and clean surfaces

• Vacuum carpets, rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture

• Make beds and change linens

• Distribute clean towels and toiletries

• Stock and organize linen closets

• Clean, disinfect, and polish kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances

• Clean and disinfect elevators and public areas

• Handle and report lost and found items

• Respond to guest requests for extra supplies or assistance

• Provide basic information about hotel facilities

• Empty trash containers and remove debris

• Perform light housekeeping and laundry duties

• Clean windows, walls, ceilings, changing rooms, and showers

• Address customer complaints or concerns politely and professionally

Required Qualifications & Skills
