Position Summary
As Hotel Manager, you will act as the strategic business leader for all operational departments within the hotel, ensuring service excellence, financial success, and a strong team culture. In the absence of the General Manager, you will serve as the property’s top executive, making critical decisions and overseeing all aspects of operations. Your leadership will be pivotal in upholding St. Regis’ legacy of refined service and driving the property’s continued success.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as second-in-command, supporting the General Manager and taking charge in their absence.
- Oversee daily operations across Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Culinary, Security, Engineering, and Recreation departments.
- Drive exceptional guest experiences while maximizing occupancy, rates, and revenue streams.
- Lead departmental heads and executive committee members in executing brand strategies and achieving business goals.
- Review financial performance, manage departmental budgets, and identify cost optimization opportunities.
- Implement capital expenditure strategies in alignment with service priorities and operational needs.
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and service excellence among all teams.
- Ensure compliance with brand standards and health & safety regulations.
- Monitor service delivery quality through guest feedback, operational tours, and performance audits.
- Champion employee engagement, talent development, and retention initiatives.
- Support recruitment and succession planning by mentoring future hospitality leaders.
- Conduct performance evaluations, team coaching, and conflict resolution as needed.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Hotel or Business Management (or related field); Master’s degree preferred.
- 6+ years of experience in hotel operations, sales, or marketing at a leadership level (8 years with associate degree).
- Proven track record in luxury hospitality, with a deep understanding of guest expectations and premium service delivery.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Financial acumen and analytical ability to interpret KPIs and take strategic action.
- Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is a plus.
- Proficient in property management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

Estimated Market Range: QAR 25,000 – QAR 35,000/month (negotiable based on experience)
