📝 Job Summary
As a Hotel Driver, you are responsible for transporting guests to and from designated locations in a safe, professional, and courteous manner. You will be entrusted with ensuring vehicle cleanliness and safety while offering exceptional customer service in line with The Ritz-Carlton’s Gold Standards. From handling luggage to providing local recommendations, you will play a key role in shaping the guest experience.
🔧 Key Responsibilities
- Safely transport guests to and from assigned destinations using property vehicles.
- Perform pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections for cleanliness, tire pressure, fluid levels, and damage.
- Refuel vehicles and report maintenance or repair needs promptly.
- Park vehicles securely when not in use.
- Maintain trip records and submit incident reports when necessary.
- Communicate clearly with dispatch, front office, and concierge teams.
- Assist guests with luggage, personal belongings, and mobility as required.
- Provide courteous and helpful information or recommendations to guests.
- Uphold the confidentiality of guest information and hotel operations.
- Respond promptly to guest requests and handle complaints professionally.
- Follow all health and safety procedures including safe lifting practices.
- Maintain a clean, polished uniform and professional appearance at all times.
- Support other departments as requested and perform additional duties as assigned.
🎯 Required Qualifications & Skills
- Valid UAE Driver’s License (light vehicle).
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent (G.E.D.).
- Physically fit to assist with luggage and vehicle inspections.
- Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
- Customer-focused with a warm and courteous demeanor.
- Professional grooming and adherence to uniform standards.
- Basic vehicle maintenance knowledge preferred.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Fluency in English (additional languages like Arabic, Russian, or French is a plus).
