Key Responsibilities
As a Machine Operator / Packer, your responsibilities will include:
- Operating machinery to process, box, and package food products
- Setting up and adjusting processing and packaging machines
- Maintaining shift logs of production output and related data
- Inspecting products for defects and ensuring compliance with company standards
- Cleaning machinery and work areas to maintain a safe and orderly environment
- Removing debris after material processing operations
- Proper and consistent use of personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Reporting mechanical issues or product irregularities to supervisors
- Working collaboratively as part of a production team

Skills & Experience
To be successful in this role, candidates should have:
- Experience operating machinery in a food or manufacturing environment (preferred)
- Forklift operation experience (required)
- Ability to perform heavy lifting (up to 55 lbs)
- Strong attention to detail and quality control
- Food Safety Certification (preferred)
- Basic knowledge of HACCP principles
