Key Responsibilities
As a Farm Worker, Fruit, your responsibilities will include:
- Cleaning crops and preparing fields for harvest
- Clearing and collecting brush, debris, wood, and stones from fields
- Cutting and harvesting agricultural crops
- Mixing fertilizer and supporting crop nutrition processes
- Fertilizing and spraying crops as required
- Weeding and maintaining growing areas
- Packing fruits and vegetables for distribution
- Loading, unloading, and transferring crates, supplies, and farm produce
- Operating and maintaining farm machinery and equipment
- Cleaning and maintaining work areas
