Key Responsibilities
As a Food and Beverage Server, you will:
- Greet patrons warmly and present menus
- Take food and beverage orders and relay them to kitchen and bar staff
- Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally
- Describe menu items and daily specials to customers
- Advise guests on menu selections and make recommendations
- Present bills and process payments (cash, credit, debit, or other methods)
- Clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs
- Address customer complaints or concerns in a courteous manner
- Assist guests with special needs when required
- Maintain cleanliness and service standards in dining areas

Required Qualifications & Skills
CHOPSTICKS RESTAURANT is looking for candidates who offer:
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Previous serving experience (an asset, but not required)
- Serving It Right Certificate
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent customer service and client focus
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Physical stamina to handle standing, lifting, and repetitive tasks
- Ability to work under pressure while maintaining service quality
