As a Driver, you will be responsible for the safe and timely delivery of automotive parts and products to our customers while maintaining high standards of service, safety, and organization. You will also support store operations such as stocking shelves and assisting in order preparation, helping to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

  • Prepare, verify, and load parts for delivery, ensuring accuracy against invoices.
  • Deliver merchandise to customers in a safe and efficient manner, obtaining required signatures and confirming delivery conditions.
  • Pick up cores, returns, and warranty items without compromising delivery schedules.
  • Maintain accurate records for deliveries and pickups; ensure documentation is complete.
  • Communicate delivery progress or delays with Dispatcher or Store Manager.
  • Perform routine checks on vehicle (fluid levels, tire condition, cleanliness) and report issues.
  • Ensure compliance with road safety rules, internal delivery protocols, and customer service standards.
  • Handle customer complaints or issues professionally and report immediately.
  • Participate in inventory tasks such as cycle counts and annual stock audits.
  • Support in-store duties such as shelf stocking, organizing inventory, or customer assistance.

  • Valid driverโ€™s license with a clean driving record (mandatory).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
