Position Summary
As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll be the friendly, solution-focused voice of Trade Depot. You’ll handle a range of tasks including dispatch coordination, resolving tracking and warranty issues, and processing customer orders. Your efforts directly impact customer satisfaction and help drive Trade Depot’s ongoing success.
Key Responsibilities
You will be responsible to carry out the following tasks and duties while working at Trade Depot:
- Deliver exceptional service via email, phone, and customer support channels
- Manage and prioritise sales and support tickets
- Coordinate with dispatch, warranty, and service teams to ensure smooth processes
- Liaise with transport companies, third-party installers, and internal staff
- Process customer orders accurately and provide status updates
- Troubleshoot basic product and delivery queries
- Identify and suggest improvements to systems and processes
- Maintain clear records and customer documentation
Required Qualifications & Skills
At Trade Depot we are looking to hire people who meet the following requirements and preferred skill sets:
- Proven customer service and communication skills
- Strong administration and multitasking abilities
- Resilience and adaptability in high-pressure situations
- A customer-first mindset with a positive, can-do attitude
- Previous experience in a call centre or customer service role (preferred)
- Sales experience is a plus
