Key Responsibilities
As a Chef, you will:

Estimate food quantities, supply needs, and associated costs

Demonstrate new techniques and equipment to kitchen staff

Supervise specialist chefs, cooks, and other kitchen team members

Create new recipes and contribute to menu innovation

Prepare and cook complete meals and specialty dishes for daily service and events

Plan and execute meals for banquets, weddings, and special functions

Requisition food items, kitchen supplies, and inventory materials

Consult with clients regarding menu options for events and celebrations

Ensure all food meets quality, safety, and presentation standards

Required Qualifications & Skills
Q’s Restaurant is looking for candidates who bring:

Secondary (high school) graduation certificate
-
3 to less than 5 years of relevant culinary experience

Strong understanding of menu planning, recipe development, and kitchen operations
-
Ability to supervise and guide kitchen staff
-
Creativity in preparing specialty dishes and banquet menus

Excellent communication and leadership skills
-
Strong time-management and organisational abilities

Ability to work full-time on-site
