Welder Jobs in UAE. Pipecare Group (LIN SCAN) is seeking a skilled Welder to operate and maintain workshop machinery in line with company standards. You will interpret assembly drawings, perform high-quality welding, and support equipment installation and repair tasks under the supervision of the Workshop Supervisor.
✅ Key Responsibilities
- Read and interpret technical drawings and welding symbols
- Operate welding, drilling, and related machinery
- Lay out, position, and secure parts per specifications
- Perform installations and repairs
- Inspect welding surfaces, grooves, gaps, and angles
- Determine appropriate welding equipment and methods
- Develop templates and alignment tools
- Maintain clean and safe workshop practices
- Follow all company policies and supervisor directions
🧠 Skills & Experience
- Education: Technical certificate
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in a welding or engineering workshop
- Knowledge of metallurgy, welding techniques, and geometry
- Ability to interpret shop drawings and specifications
- Familiarity with inspection or inline pipeline operations is preferred
- Capable of using professional design/drawing software
- Mandatory Eye Test required
🧍♂️ Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Capable of climbing ladders and working on platforms
- Good communication and multitasking ability
- Must be able to wear personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Willing to work in industrial environments (refinery or plant settings)
