Key Responsibilities
As a Hairstylist, your responsibilities will include:
- Analyzing hair and scalp conditions
- Cutting and trimming hair according to clients’ instructions or preferences
- Providing customized hair and scalp treatments
- Shampooing customers’ hair
- Applying bleach, tints, dyes, rinses, and streaking techniques
- Applying hair extensions
- Cleaning and styling wigs and hairpieces
- Recommending hairstyles suited to clients’ physical features and preferences
- Blow drying and finishing styles
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization of workstations

Skills & Experience
To be successful in this role, candidates should have:
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1 year to less than 2 years of hairstyling experience
- Hairstylist Trade Certification

- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Attention to detail and creativity
