Key Responsibilities
As a Waiter/Waitress, your responsibilities will include:
- Greeting guests, presenting menus, and making recommendations
- Taking food and beverage orders and relaying them to kitchen and bar staff
- Serving food and beverages in a timely and professional manner
- Describing menu items and daily specials
- Advising customers on menu selections
- Presenting bills and accepting payments (cash, credit, debit, room billing)
- Balancing cash and recording sales
- Addressing customer complaints or concerns courteously
