Key Responsibilities
As a Housekeeper / Cleaner, you will:
- Maintain exceptional housekeeping standards across guest rooms and common areas
- Make beds with precision, clean bathrooms thoroughly, and vacuum/wipe surfaces
- Complete cleaning tasks efficiently within allocated timeframes
- Follow safety protocols and environmental cleaning guidelines
- Use specialised cleaning tools and products safely (full training provided)
- Work collaboratively with the housekeeping team to meet daily targets
- Support a respectful, positive workplace culture
- Interact professionally with guests, colleagues, and contractors

Required Qualifications & Skills
Minor Hotels are looking for candidates who bring:
- Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience (advantage but not essential)
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
- Understanding of safe chemical handling (training provided)
- Good physical fitness for repetitive cleaning tasks (lifting, bending, standing)
- Professional communication skills for guest and team interaction
- Reliability, strong time management, and ability to work independently
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn
- Flexibility to work weekends, public holidays, and varying shifts
