- Ensure all guest requests and preferences (including CRM details) fulfilled promptly and professionally.
- Request and manage special occasion items like flowers and custom linen embroidery.
- Support team members by managing inventory, laundry expenses, and monthly reporting.
- Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation across the property.
- Assist in training new team members and foster a culture of teamwork and excellence.
- Replace Laundry Attendants during days off, holidays, or absences.
