  • Monitor room readiness and release rooms promptly for guest check-ins.
  • Coordinate laundry services, including guest clothing, uniforms, and linen management.
  • Maintain accurate logs of items such as master keys, uniforms, linen, and lost & found.
  • Ensure all guest requests and preferences (including CRM details) fulfilled promptly and professionally.
  • Request and manage special occasion items like flowers and custom linen embroidery.
  • Support team members by managing inventory, laundry expenses, and monthly reporting.
  • Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation across the property.
  • Assist in training new team members and foster a culture of teamwork and excellence.
  • Replace Laundry Attendants during days off, holidays, or absences.
  • Ensure all documentation, including logs and reports, is complete and accurate.
  • Collaborate closely with the Floor Housekeeping Supervisor and other departments.
