Position Summary
As a Housekeeping Attendant, you are an integral part of our commitment to excellence. Your role is to ensure that all guest rooms and public areas meet the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation. This position directly impacts guest satisfaction and contributes to the luxurious atmosphere that defines Ciel Dubai Marina.
Key Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize guest rooms to luxury standards, including bed-making, dusting, vacuuming, and replenishing amenities.
- Maintain pristine cleanliness in public areas such as hallways, elevators, lounges, and restrooms.
- Replace linens, towels, and guest supplies in rooms and communal spaces.
- Ensure all surfaces, furnishings, and bathrooms are spotless and well-maintained.
- Empty trash bins and restock supplies efficiently and hygienically.
- Report maintenance issues or damages promptly for quick resolution.
- Follow hotel procedures for safety, hygiene, and security at all times.
- Respond to guest requests with professionalism and hospitality.
- Organize and stock housekeeping carts and supply rooms systematically.
- Support the housekeeping team in achieving daily task completion.
