Job Summary

As a House Cleaner, you will be responsible for performing high-quality cleaning services in residential homes throughout the Mission area. From routine cleaning tasks to customer interactions, your role is essential in maintaining the standard of excellence that Maid Fantastic is known for. Key Responsibilities

  • Travel between residential clients and perform cleaning duties with care and efficiency.
  • Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, living areas, and bedrooms following company procedures.
  • Dust, vacuum, mop floors, and polish surfaces to professional standards.
  • Perform quality checks to ensure all assigned tasks are completed to satisfaction.
  • Communicate professionally and positively with clients upon arrival and departure.
  • Use a company-approved app to log cleaning tasks and job updates.
  • Lift and move items up to 20 lbs, and perform physical tasks including bending and kneeling.
  • Keep equipment clean and well-maintained.
  • Follow health and safety guidelines, including chemical handling.
  • Participate in ongoing training and team meetings.
  • Represent the company brand with professionalism, integrity, and enthusiasm.

Required Qualifications and Skills

  • Valid British Columbia Driver’s License
  • Access to a reliable vehicle for commuting between client locations
  • Ability to communicate clearly in English (spoken and written)
