Job Summary
As a Housekeeping Attendant, your primary responsibility is to ensure that guest rooms and public areas are immaculately clean, well-stocked, and inviting. This role is critical to upholding the reputation of Ciel Dubai Marina as a symbol of luxury and excellence. You’ll work closely with fellow housekeeping professionals and contribute to the comfort, health, and satisfaction of every guest.
Key Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize assigned guest rooms, including making beds, changing linens, and dusting furniture.
- Vacuum carpets, mop floors, and clean windows, mirrors, and other surfaces to maintain a pristine environment.
- Replenish towels, toiletries, and other amenities in guest rooms and restrooms.
- Maintain cleanliness in public spaces such as corridors, elevators, lobbies, and lounges.
- Ensure trash is emptied and containers are sanitized regularly.
- Report maintenance issues (e.g., broken fixtures, leaks, or damaged furniture) promptly.
- Keep housekeeping carts and storage rooms clean, organized, and fully stocked.
- Follow safety and hygiene protocols, including the proper use of cleaning agents.
- Respond to guest requests quickly, professionally, and with a positive attitude.
- Work collaboratively with the housekeeping and front office teams to ensure seamless operations.
