Job Summary
As a Hotel Driver, you are not only responsible for the safe and timely transportation of guests, but also act as a brand ambassador—delivering a warm welcome, building trust, and contributing to the seamless luxury experience our guests expect. You will work closely with Concierge and Front Office teams to ensure every journey, from arrival to departure, reflects our commitment to excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests with warmth, professionalism, and a polished appearance to create memorable first impressions.
- Provide safe and timely transportation services for guests, including airport pickups, drop-offs, and city transfers.
- Maintain cleanliness, fuel levels, and functionality of all hotel vehicles; report and coordinate repairs as necessary.
- Support the Concierge and Front Office teams by assisting with guest luggage, errands, and VIP escort services.
- Stay updated on traffic conditions, road closures, and city navigation to ensure efficient routes.
- Coordinate transport schedules in line with guest reservations and special event requirements.
- Promote guest satisfaction by anticipating needs, resolving issues, and offering knowledgeable assistance.
- Uphold vehicle and guest safety protocols, including seatbelt usage and secure luggage storage.
- Monitor vehicle maintenance schedules, ensuring timely servicing and documentation.
- Provide valet services or parking assistance when required.
- Maintain a professional demeanor in all guest and team interactions, upholding Dorchester Collection values.
- Respect confidentiality and discretion in handling guest information and property.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Valid UAE driving license with a clean driving record.
- Minimum 2–3 years of professional driving experience, preferably in a 5-star or luxury hospitality environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English; additional language(s) are a plus.
- Professional appearance and courteous demeanor at all times.
- Strong knowledge of Dubai city routes, landmarks, and traffic patterns.
- Customer-first mindset with a proactive, calm, and service-oriented approach.
- Ability to handle pressure and respond flexibly to last-minute requests or itinerary changes.
- Team player with a helpful attitude, supporting other hotel departments when needed.
- Familiarity with GPS systems and mobile communication tools.

Estimated Market Salary: AED 3,500 – AED 4,500/month (subject to experience and company policy)
